Reach Yoga has been a staple in beautiful Pacific Beach for quite some time. In the year 2020 Alena Snedeker, a yoga instructor at Reach jumped on the opportunity to purchase Reach from the previous owner. She then transformed the space into a beautiful boutique studio filled with love, laughter, hugs, and of course…Yoga!
Alena has been teaching in San Diego since 2009 and has been sharing her light with everyone she comes into contact with, especially her students. Having her coaching business working with young entrepreneurs to help them step into their personal power has helped her create a clear vision for the Studio. Her intention has always been to create a community revolving around health, happiness, and conscious connection. Her belief is “yoga for all”. Every human no matter what shape, size, gender, ability, or background is welcome at Reach Yoga, and they are welcomed with loving, open arms.
Though her focus is primarily coaching women in business and life, supporting them every step of the way, she strives to empower all around her. At Reach Yoga, every piece of retail is specifically curated with the planet. Mainly, supporting small, women-owned businesses local to San Diego.

Reach Yoga offers both vinyasa and sculpt classes. Vinyasa means “flow” which allows for flowing movement to guide you from one pose to the next. Sculpt is a strength-training class which adds free weights and speeds up the lean muscle mass building-process.
Yoga is a life-changing practice and can transform not only your physical, but emotional and mental health. The mat is a platform…your platform for change, growth, inspiration, and peace.

This class is for all levels and focuses on flowing slowly while holding postures for longer periods of time to promote mobility, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow

Sunrise Vinyasa Flow

Candlelight Vinyasa Flow

Rejuvenation is the focus of 60 minute flow that will leave you inspired. All levels welcome. Enjoy the style of Vinyasa; tap into the breath/movement and find a new level of motivation under the relaxation of candlelight.

It’s time to sweat! This is a challenging, heated class which includes more advanced postures and transitions. Students can expect an exhilarating and inspiring class.
Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is an invigorating class that incorporates hand weights and cardio with the pace of upbeat music for muscle building and calorie burning effects. This is a challenging and empowering class.
Deep Stretch and Flow

Wind down at the end of your day in this warm, candlelit class focused on 30 minutes of slow flowing, followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch and relaxation. Leave feeling balanced, rejuvenated and ready for a good night's sleep!
Yin
- Slightly Heated (80-85 degrees)

This class is about passive postural holds to increase blood circulation as well as mobility. Yin targets the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, joints and bones.
