At Reach Yoga, we believe yoga is for everybody and every body. Whether you’re brand new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are designed to help you move, breathe, grow, and reconnect to yourself in a welcoming, community-centered space.

Located in the heart of Pacific Beach, Reach Yoga offers heated Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, Sound Healing, and mobility-based classes that blend movement, music, breath, strength, and mindfulness. Our infrared-heated studio creates an energizing and detoxifying environment designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and inspired.

From powerful, sweat-dripping flows to slow candlelit evenings of deep stretch and restoration, every class is intentionally created to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Vinyasa Flow

An energizing, breath-led flow designed to build strength, flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness. Expect dynamic movement, motivating music, and a supportive atmosphere that leaves you feeling empowered and refreshed.

Sunrise Vinyasa Flow

Candlelight Vinyasa Flow

Flow beneath soft candlelight in this grounding and rejuvenating class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention. A perfect balance of challenge and restoration.

Vinyasa 2

A more powerful and challenging flow featuring stronger sequencing, advanced transitions, and opportunities to deepen your practice while building strength, endurance, and confidence.

Yoga Sculpt

Deep Stretch & Flow

A calming evening class featuring slow flow movement followed by deep stretching and relaxation. Designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you unwind from the day.

Yin & Sound Healing

Slow down and reset with long-held stretches, calming breathwork, and immersive sound healing designed to relax the nervous system, increase mobility, and restore balance in mind and body.

Stretch & Sound

  • Not Heated

This restorative experience begins with gentle movement and stretching before settling into an extended sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. A beautiful practice for stress relief, relaxation, and nervous system restoration.

Parking
There are plenty of parking spots during the day. After 5pm and on weekends, all Reach Yoga visitors are welcome to park across the street in the Wells Fargo lot.
**Please note there is a 90 minute limit and parking is ONLY valid during Reach Yoga’s business hours.
