How often should I take class?
That depends on your goals and schedule — whether you’re coming once a week or once a day, we’re just excited to have you here.
For most people, 2–4 classes a week is a great balance to build strength, flexibility, consistency, and all the feel-good benefits yoga brings.

I’m new to yoga. Will I fit in?

Reach Yoga is for everyone — beginners to advanced students, first-timers to lifelong yogis. Our classes are designed to be welcoming, empowering, and judgment-free.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to start. Just show up as you are.

We offer a variety of heated and non-heated classes so you can mix strength, movement, recovery, mindfulness, and mobility throughout your week.
RY Sculpt
A heated yoga-inspired workout combining weights, cardio, strength training, and yoga flow. Expect to sweat.
RY Vinyasa Flow
An energizing, breath-led flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and presence.
RY Power Flow
A stronger, more athletic flow with challenging transitions, endurance work, and empowering movement.
RY Vinyasa 2
A more advanced heated practice with deeper postures and creative sequencing.
Yin + Sound Healing
Slow, grounding, meditative, and deeply restorative with sound healing elements.
Deep Stretch + Flow
A warm candlelit class blending gentle movement with long relaxing stretches.
Why practice in a heated room?
The heat helps warm the muscles, increase flexibility, improve circulation, and create an incredible mind-body sweat experience.

Most of our heated classes range between 85–95 degrees and are designed to feel supportive — not overwhelming.
Always listen to your body, hydrate well, and take breaks when needed.
Should I combine yoga with other workouts?
Definitely.
Yoga pairs beautifully with strength training, Pilates, running, cycling, HIIT, CrossFit, and pretty much any movement practice. It helps improve mobility, recovery, breath control, balance, endurance, and injury prevention.
Think of yoga as the thing that helps everything else feel better.

Where can I park at Reach Yoga?
Street parking is generally easy during the day.
After 5pm and on weekends, Reach Yoga offers complimentary 90-minute parking across the street in the Wells Fargo lot. Parking passes are available at the front desk.
