Originally from the East Coast, Steph's yoga journey began six years ago when she made a spontaneous move to San Francisco. She needed a way to calm and ground herself from the craziness of a big, new city. She fell completely in love with the moving meditation of yoga, and its ability to calm her mind and challenge her body. After moving to San Diego, Steph came to Reach the first day it opened. From not being able to touch her toes, to creating a daily practice, Steph is excited to lead invigorating and inspiring classes. She is thrilled to be able to share her passion with others!
