Michelle Blasen

Michelle is originally from Oregon but moved to California in her late teens. Once she fell in love with the ocean, lifestyle, and passion that everyone had for being healthy, she knew she had found home. With a background in soccer and body-building Michelle first tried yoga in 2013 to help with flexibility. Her interest in yoga grew and she soon fell in love with what yoga did for her not just physically but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally as well. Already certified as a Personal Trainer she decided to jump into teacher training in 2015 to become a 200 Hour RYT. Since then her passion for doing and teaching yoga grows everyday. Michelle's true passion is helping others live healthier lifestyles, uncover their unique gifts, and create the life that they have always dreamed of.
