Emily began her yoga journey a little over 10 years ago. While she was interested in the physical benefits of yoga, she fell in love with the mental clarity and empowerment she felt after her first class. With continued practice, yoga turned from merely a physical challenge to a way of life as she began to notice herself take the lessons she had learned in class off of her mat. In 2018 Emily decided to deepen her yoga practice and completed her 200-hour Power-Vinyasa, Stand Up Paddle board Yoga, as well as Yoga Sculpt teacher training. Emily hopes to share the gift of yoga and empower other yogis to live a healthy, mentally and physically, fulfilling life.
