Olivia Sylvestro

Originally from Connecticut, life took Olivia out West after graduating from undergrad in upstate New York. Olivia was a gymnast for 18 years, so exercising and leading a healthy lifestyle has always been a passion of hers. After retiring from gymnastics, she began searching for something to fill that void, and that is when she found yoga. Yoga started out for Olivia as something she did on occasion and then quickly turned into an activity she did everyday. She feels very honored to both deepen her practice everyday, as well as, teach what she has learned to her own students. For Olivia, yoga is so much more than what she practices on the mat, it's the mindfulness, the presence and the positivity of being surrounded by like-minded people that keeps Olivia always returning to her mat.

Shelley Dodgen

Shelley was born and raised in Orange County, CA and moved to San Diego in 2013 where her yoga journey began. Being an active person all her life, she searched for something different to add to her daily exercise routine. She began practicing seated meditation and thought that yoga might be a good physical addition to this practice. After her first class she was hooked. It was an incredible physical challenge for her body and brought a mental calm into her daily life, something she had never experienced before. She began practicing yoga daily, both in the studio and at home and there was no denying the passion that drove her yoga practice. This passion drove her to complete her RYT 200 certification in hopes to spread the benefits of yoga to those around her.

Nina Camille

Yoga has been an important and transformative part of Nina's life for over ten years. It is where she goes to nurture her body, to mend her heart, to let her thoughts float by when it feels they may take over, to connect to herself and to inspire others. Yoga has changed the tone with which she speaks to herself and how she reacts to unexpected situations. Nina has practiced various styles in countless studios and yoga institutes across the world. Her daily practice and surrounding community has given her strength, confidence, peace, power, resolve, independence, drive, fun, and helped maintain her physical health.
In 2014, Nina decided it was time to give back what she had received, on and off the mat. She focuses on teaching weekly classes, private events, on super-yachts and leading retreats, assisting in others' personal growth journeys in hopes of creating a more in-tune, healthier, happier world.

Jenni Cook

Jenni was first introduced to Yoga in 2011. With a background in competitive dance, Jenni was drawn to yoga for it's healing aspects, physical and mental but soon fell in love with its community as well! Yoga took her by surprise, Jenni began to grow and break down barriers in her life transforming it in ways that she could have never imagined, growing stronger inside and out. It was from this personal place of growth that Jenni decided that she wanted to become a yoga instructor! In 2013 Jenni completed her 200hr Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training followed by a 2014 Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training. To Jenni there is no greater gift then to share the gift of yoga with others. She aspires to guide yogis through their very own beautiful transformation, leading them into a place of strength, self acceptance, and overall happiness

Hailey Young

Hailey entered her first yoga class during college in hopes of discovering some sort of stress relief from her heavy class load. She was immediately hooked to everything yoga had to offer, and began to take classes regularly from that point on. With a background in Kinesiology, she became a yoga teacher in hopes of building a better knowledge of the anatomy of yoga and what it had to offer physically. After getting deeper into the spiritual and mental aspect, such as breath work and meditation, she knew right away that she wanted to share her experience with others. Hailey immediately developed a strong passion for teaching and watching her students grow, as well sharing her appreciation for yoga with others.

Sarah Pilla

Sarah brings passion to her classes that can be felt immediately. “Flow with Sarah” is her motto and after taking her classes you will see her level of instruction creates a unique opportunity to receive a strong, fitness related workout while becoming connected with the mind through breath. Sarah was hooked on movement from an early age as a dancer and performing artist and got her first taste of yoga in college while studying at Santa Monica College. In 2012 she suffered from severe back pain and rediscovered her yoga practice. Her back pain subsided, and she loved the benefits, both mental and physical, she was receiving from practicing yoga regularly. She moved to San Diego in 2015 and pursued her dream of teaching by becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor. Always a student first, it was yoga that taught Sarah to listen to her heart and to follow what she truly desires. Her enthusiasm and "full of life" demeanor sets her apart as an authentic teacher and yogini who truly loves sharing her passion of yoga with others, so they too can listen to their true selves.

Jenn Farris

Jenn's yoga journey, like most things in life, has ebbed and flowed over the years. She really dove deep into her practice in 2010, going to Bikram and dedicating many hours to her mat. In 2015 Jenn traveled to Bali, and experienced a series of life changing events, one of which was a rekindling of her love of yoga. She always knew that this practice was special and that she was getting more than just a physical workout, but it wan't until this trip that Jenn started putting the pieces together. The commitment to self love, the clarity in her decision making, the softening of not only her body but her heart was undeniable. She began practicing on a more regular basis, committing to the discovery of the moment but still hadn't committed to teaching quite yet. Early in 2016, after another trip to Indonesia she decided it was time to put the energy and time into a teacher training. Jenn eventually signed up for her RYT-200 training here in San Diego. She hopes to one day deepen her education as well as learn to integrate yoga into her daily life. Jenn currently teaches both an athletic Vinyasa as well as a slow flow. Teaching brings so much joy to her life and being of service to others is truly an honor.

Sabrina Garland

Sabrina's journey started in High School in 2001 when she was told it
would help her with her ADHD. She opted to replace PE with Iyengar
Yoga. After two years of attending the Ann Arbor School of Yoga she realized that she needed the calm and focus that the physical practice brought into her life and she continued to seek different styles of yoga after graduating High School. She began teacher training in 2009 after moving to San Diego, CA. from Michigan. Now, she enjoys teaching a variety of yoga styles. Every style that she teaches has a core of alignment, breath and flow. Sabrina believes that any level of student should feel uplifted and empowered by practicing yoga and she works towards making yoga a benefit for everyone! She enjoys teaching because she loves seeing the ongoing transformation in students and in herself; she is always looking for growth, contribution and a chance to learn something new. She found that it is in the present connection we have with our environment that weaves compassion into our practice
and lives.
