Toby Woods

Toby is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Cornell University. Anatomy, medicine & holistic healing are his emphasis. His classes offer challenge, observation, and poise; self-discovery via breath-work, asana & meditation. He lives in La Jolla & enjoys surfing & rock climbing. "Yoga is my medicine. It is my core, it is my root. Adventure is my passion. Teaching is my everything."

Hailey Young

Hailey entered her first yoga class during college in hopes of discovering some sort of stress relief from her heavy class load. She was immediately hooked to everything yoga had to offer, and began to take classes regularly from that point on. With a background in Kinesiology, she became a yoga teacher in hopes of building a better knowledge of the anatomy of yoga and what it had to offer physically. After getting deeper into the spiritual and mental aspect, such as breath work and meditation, she knew right away that she wanted to share her experience with others. Hailey immediately developed a strong passion for teaching and watching her students grow, as well sharing her appreciation for yoga with others.

Lanae Klabunde

Lanae took her first yoga class in 2012, and was immediately hooked. At first, her practice served only as a form of exercise, however it wasn't long before it became of a way of life. She was approached about teacher training in 2014 and completed her 50hr Sculpt certification. Not long after, she completed her 200hr Power Yoga training and completed a teaching internship at the same time. Not only does Lanae have a passion of teaching to adults, but children as well and has recently completed over 30hrs of kids yoga training as well. Teaching yoga came to her at a very important time in Lanae's life, and she will always be extremely grateful for this journey. Her wish is to continue sharing this gift and encourage others to do the same with their own practice.

Nicole Turner

Nicole's love for movement developed at the early age of 5 during ballet, which guided her to competitive gymnastics, cheerleading and performance dance throughout her teens, 20s and 30s. With these types of hobbies, she needed to stay limber, so she began practicing yoga at age 25. The practice began because of the need to stay flexible, but over the years, she's developed a love and passion for yoga that goes far beyond the poses. Nicole truly believes that it’s essential to embrace the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the practice for optimal health, happiness and well-being. She has been practicing yoga since 2005, is RYT 500 and has certifications in Vinyasa Flow, Tantric Hatha, SUP Yoga and Kids Yoga from Bali, Australia and the United States. Nicole brings a playful yet inspirational balance to her classes with essential oils, soulful music, yoga philosophy and meditation. She challenges students with core work, arm balances and inversions, and offers hands-on adjustments and assists. Her goal is that you leave class feeling blissed out... like your mind, body and soul took a holiday.

Alyssa Moeller

Alyssa stepped onto her mat in 2010 as a way to relieve anxiety, and quickly discovered that not only were her stress levels improving, but also her happiness, contentment, body and sense of self-worth. She loves to incorporate dynamic sequencing, a killer playlist, and focus on honoring what the body and soul need on any given day. Alyssa obtained her 200-hour certification in 2014 and is certified in Reiki. Her experience includes teaching corporate, studio and private yoga classes, leading workshops, and leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings

Anna Hinze

Anna grew up in Arizona where she did gymnastics, dance and tumbling. She took dance and barre classes in college and studied business until she was offered a job in San Diego, California. Two years after her move, she was in a car accident that caused a physical injury, which forced Anna to stop barre classes as she had a lot of pain. Anna was very discouraged because she loved creative workouts. However, she was introduced to yoga to add to her physical therapy. She fell in love with the creativity, wisdom and spiritual aspect of the practice. She knew she wanted to incorporate yoga into her life forever after discovering all of the health benefits. Her goal through teaching is to show other individuals that you are never “broken” even if you have an injury. She hopes to inspire students to heal through any physical or emotional setbacks and cultivate yoga into a creative, daily practice.

Laura Pushkar

Laura has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has a background in gymnastics. She was captivated from her first vinyasa class and knew it would be a constant staple in her life. Laura hopes to inspire others to ignite the same desire for their yoga practice as well through genuine positivity and encouragement.

Olivia Sylvestro

Originally from Connecticut, life took Olivia out West after graduating from undergrad in upstate New York. Olivia was a gymnast for 18 years, so exercising and leading a healthy lifestyle has always been a passion of hers. After retiring from gymnastics, she began searching for something to fill that void, and that is when she found yoga. Yoga started out for Olivia as something she did on occasion and then quickly turned into an activity she did everyday. She feels very honored to both deepen her practice everyday, as well as, teach what she has learned to her own students. For Olivia, yoga is so much more than what she practices on the mat, it's the mindfulness, the presence and the positivity of being surrounded by like-minded people that keeps Olivia always returning to her mat.

Nina Camille

Yoga has been an important and transformative part of Nina's life for over ten years. It is where she goes to nurture her body, to mend her heart, to let her thoughts float by when it feels they may take over, to connect to herself and to inspire others. Yoga has changed the tone with which she speaks to herself and how she reacts to unexpected situations. Nina has practiced various styles in countless studios and yoga institutes across the world. Her daily practice and surrounding community has given her strength, confidence, peace, power, resolve, independence, drive, fun, and helped maintain her physical health.
In 2014, Nina decided it was time to give back what she had received, on and off the mat. She focuses on teaching weekly classes, private events, on super-yachts and leading retreats, assisting in others' personal growth journeys in hopes of creating a more in-tune, healthier, happier world.

Kelly Mahoney

Kelly did her training at Laughing Lotus in New York City and taught there prior to moving to the West Coast. She teaches a chakra based, vinyasa power flow. Creative, energized sequencing and soulful jams are at the heart of her practice.She lives for the way the breath moves the body and the way the body clears the mind. And in that moment- all that’s left is heart. Kelly’s love for this practice represents a journey into that moment over and over again, discovering new in-roads to the strength of heart that’s in us all.

Kristi Sobol

Born and raised in Southern California, Kristi has always been a water sports enthusiast, spending her time surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Kristi originally became interested in yoga as a way to supplement these activities through increased flexibility, stronger core muscles, better breathing, and improved balance. Kristi fell in love with yoga because it allowed her body, mind, and spirit to tap into a natural flow and rhythm, much like the patterns of the ocean. Kristi enrolled in teacher training to deepen her yoga practice, but quickly found her voice as a teacher. Kristi hopes to teach her students the transformative qualities of yoga and how every lesson learned on the mat is applicable to daily life.
